Why do we collect this data?

Caldi processes your personal data for the following purposes: issuing a price estimate or offer, carrying out the agreed work, invoicing and accounting, scheduling appointments, and complying with legal obligations.

Photos of completed work

Caldi takes photos of completed work. These photos may be placed on the website to illustrate the work. The photos show only the completed work and its immediate surroundings — no persons are identifiably photographed. If you object to photos of your project being published, you can make this known before, during or after the work. Caldi will then remove the relevant photos from the website.

How long do we retain data?

Caldi does not retain your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Financial data is retained in accordance with the statutory retention period of 7 years. Project data is retained as long as necessary for warranty and service purposes.

Sharing with third parties

Caldi does not share your personal data with third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of the agreement or when Caldi is legally obliged to do so. Caldi uses Cloudflare for website security. All other data is stored on servers managed by Caldi in the Netherlands.

The Caldi website uses technically necessary cookies for the functioning of the website. No tracking or marketing cookies are placed.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data, insofar as this does not conflict with the statutory retention obligation. You can submit a request via the contact page on our website. Caldi will respond to your request within 4 weeks.
